Job Description:
- Manage quality deviation report and change control documentation
- Document and track CAPA of product complaint using Excel Tracking System and SAP System
- Asisst QA Compliance Spv in managing CAPA document related to QA Compliance, e.g. CAPA of Quality Risk Assessment and CAPA of Audit
- Having commitment to support quality and halal policy in PT. Medifarma Laboratories
