Job Description:
- Manage employee relation & industrial relation
- Prepare recruitment strategy, including sourcing candidate (such as job portal), along with building partnership with School and University
- Responsible in recruitment end to end of direct contract and permanent employee
- Create planning for company event program, and create strategy how to maintain and build the culture to connect with business needed
- Monitor licensing documents relating to manpower and other government agencies, including the expatriate permit process
- Creating and ensuring the HRGS SOP can be run properly, in prepare company regulations and monitoring government regulations if any updated
