Requirement:
- Pharmacist with minimum 3 years experience
- Responsible, hard worker, fast learner, and strong leadership
- Able to work individually and with team as well
- Have received training and understand the Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB)
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
Job Description:
- Performing supervision over subordinates in developing new packaging and existing products to achieve targets within the set time and priorities
- Reviewing all packaging material specifications prepared by subordinates according to standards
- Ensure that all packaging material that uses the machine can be used with the machine that will be used
- Reviewing documents prepared by subordinates regarding artwork for registration purposes, both locally and for export
- Make the final artwork, proof print, and PPM Standard after getting approved for registration
- Make a packaging trial report, packaging specification, packaging standard and ensure its correctness
- Collaborating with purchasing, sourcing and suppliers to accelerate the development process of packaging material
- Cooperate with production for the trial process of new packaging materials and alternate suppliers of packaginAg material
- Assist the MTU Manager to improve the cost of developing packaging materials and asist with sourcing in ASD for PMs
